Digital ND launches to nurture and promote digital tech businesses in Northern Devon. This new group has been formed to promote the work of technology businesses headquartered in northern Devon. Digital Northern Devon launched with an event at Petroc College of Further and Higher Education attended by over thirty representatives of the area’s diverse tech sector. Leading Internet pioneer and non-executive director of Barnstaple-based firm Applegate Professor Jim Norton spoke on the increasing threat of cyber crime and the steps necessary to address it.
The Chamber looks forward to working in collaboration with Digital ND, as there will be cross-over in both our membership and in the support offered. We will be working closely together on topics such as infrastructure & digital skills.
