The Chamber is committed to encouraging a new generation of business leaders in Northern Devon. Therefore, we are launching a new sub-group of the Chamber in order to offer the next generation the support and contacts they require to flourish in business.

Who is it for?
You may be an apprentice or in other training, or you may already be a budding entrepreneur having started your business early, or you may be in work but looking to develop yourself to get to the next level. But if you are in the early stages of your professional development, then this group is for you!
Come along to meet like-minded people who, like you, want to grow in business. The first meeting was a relaxed affair over a drink or two at The Park Hotel, to assuage any nerves. It was a chance to get to know some faces from the Chamber and to get your views across on how this group can help your personal development, which in turn could help your career progression. We are open to suggestions for the future and to others to get involved.
Meetups are open to anyone with an interest in the next generation of business leaders, whether current Chamber members or not. We're working on a range of meetup styles to support you and help you develop as a next generation business leader. These will be badged specifically NxtGen and will be available on our Chamber Eventbrite page in due course.
